Welcome to Codely.fun. By using our platform, you agree to the following legal guidelines and data usage policies.

User Account & Security

When you sign up via Google, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Codely.fun cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

01. One person may not maintain more than one free account.
02. You may not use the service for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.
03. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

Strictly Prohibited Uses

Codely.fun has a zero-tolerance policy. If your deployed site contains any of the following, your account will be deleted without notice:

Phishing or Scams
Adult/Pornographic Content
Copyright Infringement
Crypto Miners/Scripts
Malware or Spyware
Hate Speech/Harassment

Server Abuse Policy:

Users may not use Codely.fun as a storage drive or for heavy file hosting. Excessive bandwidth usage that disrupts service for other users will result in project suspension.

Data Collection & Usage

What we store:

We store your Google UID, Email, and Name to identify your account. Your project code is stored in Firebase Firestore/Realtime Database.

What we DON'T store:

We do not store payment card details. All payments are processed through Cashfree Payments, and we only receive a confirmation Token and Transaction ID.

Project Privacy:

While your code is private in the dashboard, any project you "Publish" generates a public URL. Codely.fun is not responsible for any sensitive data (API keys, passwords) you leave in your public HTML/JS code.

Payments & Refunds

Codely.fun offers a "Pro Developer" plan. By upgrading, you agree to the following:

• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable once the Pro features are assigned to your account.
• Plan Changes: We reserve the right to change plan pricing or project slot limits with 7 days' notice.
• Verification: If a payment is flagged as fraudulent by Cashfree, your Pro access will be revoked until verified.

Limitation of Liability

Codely.fun provides hosting "As Is". We are not responsible for:

1. Data loss due to server downtime or user error.
2. Any financial loss resulting from a deployed site going offline.
3. Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our AI tools.
